We are not just stuck with originalism. Assess constitutionality for yourself! The court isn’t the sole arbiter of constitutionality, and originalism is the only way we can assess that constitutionality. 

Educate yourself on how this can be put into practice. Whether it may be at the level of state courts developing new jurisprudence, or in local-level legislation, or pressuring Congress to make legitimate progress.

 Say no to the Supreme Court and act out our vision of constitutionality. Do what we believe the law should require instead.

You can also take time to learn about Section 5057 of the Affordable Care Act, which prohibits sex, race, nationality, and disability discrimination in a healthcare setting.

Get vocal! Get involved in local politics. Demonstrate that you are in the majority of Americans who believe in comprehensive access to abortion care.

Always center people in the most marginalized groups. Doing so will allow a law that’s even more effective than Roe-- one that will cover access to abortion care for all people and not just a select few.

Donate to your local abortion fund or the National Network of Abortion Funds. Ask your local abortion fund if they need volunteer assistance!

Ask your local providers if they provide medication abortion.
