 Go out of your way to listen to the experience of people with disabilities, people of color, and people with low-incomes. Follow these folk’s lead on what kind of policies will help on a federal, state, and local level. This includes passing the EACH Act, passing the Women’s Health Protection Act, passing the Home and Community-Based Services Access Act, ratifying the convention of the rights of people with disabilities, repealing religious refusal laws, and promoting supportive decision making as an alternative to guardianship.
