You can also let them know that you’re tired of money being wasted on abstinence related programs that aren’t effective. Go to town halls! Most importantly, vote on November 6th! Let’s make comprehensive sex education the new norm!

Call your Senators and urge them to stand up and save Roe! You can write op-eds, blog posts, letters to the editor, and social media posts using the hashtags #SaveSCOTUS #ProtectRoe #WhatsAtStake and #StopKavanaugh. Contact the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121.

You can also write a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee—all letters written to them become searchable public record.

Go to your Senator’s town halls before the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation vote and urge them to vote no.

Find mobilization efforts in your area that are put on by organizations like NWLC and Indivisible. These include protests, events, rallies, and demonstrations.

S. 1171, The Keeping Girls in School Act, is a bill in the Senate that works to describe the barriers to a girl’s education, including SRHR barriers. The House will hopefully introduce the same or similar bill soon. Contact your House representatives and urge them to do so. 

Foreign assistance funding is very much at risk, and this includes funding that goes towards ending child marriage and supporting adolescent girls. Let your members of congress know that you support increased funding for foreign assistance.
