Be informed- listen to RePROsFightBack and become fluent on SRHR issues that are under attack!

Look to Congress. Call your Representatives and Senators about SRHR funding, encourage them to end the Global Gag Rule, push them to nominate officials who are friends of SRHR, ranging from the State Department to the Supreme Court.

Attend rallies and protests in defense of SRHR! Find those offered by Planned Parenthood, NARAL, NWLC, and more in your area!

Find out what your local school district policy is related to sex ed, and find out if these policies are actually being enacted in your schools!

Access resources through Advocates for Youth and SEICUS.

Check out the Guttmacher Institute for more information on sex education around the country.

Find out what you school board policy for sex education is. Run for school board! Let your school board members know why sex education is important to you.

Make sure your Senators and House representatives know you care about funding for the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program and PREP, and that you would like them to continue as they were founded 8 years ago. You can also let them know that you’re tired of money being wasted on abstinence related programs that aren’t effective. Go to town halls! Contact legislators at 202-224-3121 at the Capitol Switchboard.

Most importantly, vote on November 6th! Let’s make comprehensive sex education the new norm!

Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court would be disastrous for reproductive rights around the country.

Call your Senators and urge them to stand up and save Roe! You can write op-eds, blog posts, letters to the editor, and social media posts using the hashtags #SaveSCOTUS #ProtectRoe #WhatsAtStake and #StopKavanaugh. Contact the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121.

You can also write a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee—all letters written to them become searchable public record.

Go to your Senator’s town halls before the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation vote and urge them to vote no.

Find mobilization efforts in your area that are put on by organizations like NWLC and Indivisible. These include protests, events, rallies, and demonstrations.

S. 1171, The Keeping Girls in School Act, is a bill in the Senate that works to describe the barriers to a girl’s education, including SRHR barriers. The House will hopefully introduce the same or similar bill soon. Contact your House representatives and urge them to do so. 

Foreign assistance funding is very much at risk, and this includes funding that goes towards ending child marriage and supporting adolescent girls. Let your members of congress know that you support increased funding for foreign assistance.
